EXTRA fast, EXTRA simple, EXTRA ordinary: Digital ADAS 2.0 EXTRA is the new addition to the MAHLE range, designed to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse fleet. Its flexibility makes it ideal for workshops that want to grow by offering advanced and differentiated services.
EXTRA fast
Thanks to positioning sensors, vehicle alignment is guided and assisted, drastically reducing preparation times. The repairer can manage the positioning of the vehicle directly by driving it towards the structure. The instructions displayed on both the monitor and the diagnostic tool, activated by the proximity sensor, will directly indicate when to stop the vehicle, while Keystone technology will do the rest, always ensuring perfect target projection.
This is a real advantage in terms of operational efficiency, further reducing calibration preparation times.
EXTRA dimensions
The need to project full-scale targets is an essential procedure for some manufacturers and indispensable for remote calibration. The 75" high-definition display allows targets to be projected even at a 1:1 scale, providing complete coverage of technical requirements.
EXTRA adaptability
The rotating screen (90°) allows the projection of large vertical targets, which are essential for the calibration of commercial vehicles (e.g. IVECO Daily).
The structure can reach a height of up to 2.50 metres, allowing calibration even on large vehicles, making Digital ADAS 2.0 EXTRA a versatile and universal tool, suitable for all types of workshops.
