FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – May 29, 2019 – MAHLE Service Solutions has announced that Steve Sharbuno, co-owner of Treasure Coast Automotive in Vero Beach, Florida, is the winner of a new ArcticPRO® ACX2280 R1234yf refrigerant handling system autographed by race legend Richard Petty. The ACX2280 is part of the next generation of ArcticPRO machines that was unveiled at AAPEX 2018. It is the company’s newest and most advanced refrigerant recycling machine for efficiently handling the new R1234yf refrigerant that is being factory installed on many late model vehicles.

MAHLE invests in Service Solutions Center in Parma, Italy

Stuttgart/Germany, Parma/Italy, April 29, 2019 – MAHLE responds to significant market interest for MAHLE solutions in the area of workshop equipment by laying the cornerstone for the construction of a new Service Solutions center in Parma. The three locations of MAHLE Service Solutions will now be brought together under one roof, across an area of 15,000 square meters. In the future, the location will develop and produce equipment for the maintenance of air conditioning systems and transmissions as well as diagnostic tools and equipment for the calibration of driver assistance systems.


MAHLE Service Solutions Announces New Production Location for Next Generation Repair Shop and Diagnostic Equipment

MAHLE Service Solutions Unveils its Next Generation of ArcticPRO A/C Handling Systems for R134a and R1234yf

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Oct. 30, 2018 – MAHLE Service Solutions will feature its next generation lineup of ArcticPRO® A/C handling systems to safely and precisely process R134a and R1234yf refrigerants at AAPEX 2018 in Las Vegas. The newly designed machines include four units (ACX2180, ACX2180H, ACX2150 and ACX2120H) to recover, recycle and recharge vehicles equipped with R134a refrigerant. Two new units (ACX2280 and ACX2250) are available to service vehicles that are factory filled with the new R1234yf refrigerant. The next generation A/C units will be on display at the MAHLE Service Solutions AAPEX booth, located within the main MAHLE booth #2661 or at the AAPEX Mobility Garage booth #56005.


MAHLE Service Solutions Announces Agreement with Xirgo Technologies to Provide MAHLE TechPRO NanoKernel; Device Provides Enhanced Vehicle Data for Telematics

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Oct. 30, 2018 – MAHLE Service Solutions announced an agreement today to provide Xirgo Technologies, Inc., a leader in wireless Internet of Things (IoT) communication devices, with a custom NanoKernel version of its TechPRO® VDS 1000 diagnostic scan tool. The MAHLE TechPRO NanoKernel is embedded onboard a Xirgo telematics device to access and decode vehicle information.

Withdrawal from joint venture: MAHLE plans to sell HBPO shares to Plastic Omnium

Stuttgart, March 1, 2018 – The MAHLE Group intends to sell its shares in the joint venture Hella Behr Plastic Omnium (HBPO) to fellow shareholder Plastic Omnium. The two parties signed an agreement effective today, Thursday, March 1, 2018. MAHLE is thus consistently pursuing its plan to focus on its strategic core business.
